Locally, ORT America Michigan Region raises crucial financial support for programs like the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geshermi.org\/careers-employment\/#hermelin_ort\">David B. Hermelin ORT Resource Center<\/a> at Gesher Human Services.ORT schools, including Gesher&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geshermi.org\/careers-employment\/#hermelin_ort\">Hermelin ORT Resource Center<\/a>, are known for offering some of the most cutting-edge, innovative technology classes in the world. At Gesher&#8217;s Hermelin ORT Center in Southfield, Michigan, underemployed and unemployed residents can enhance their digital literacy and job-seeking skills through classes like Computer Basics and Office &amp; Computer Essentials.\u00a0 Most of these courses are offered free of charge, thanks to ORT America&#8217;s fundraising, and other generous donors.Gesher Human Services, home to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geshermi.org\/careers-employment\/#hermelin_ort\">Hermelin ORT Resource Center <\/a>, is a bridge to hope and opportunity for more than 33,000 individuals and families at work, at home, and in the community. Gesher&#8217;s workforce development, behavioral health, and inclusion programming serves all Metro Detroiters while meeting the needs of the Jewish community.Globally, ORT co-operates with industry and is supported by an international membership of more than a quarter of a million people.
